About Us
The All Age Carers Centre is the first point of contact for all things carer-related. The aim of the All Age Carers Centre Service is to provide the skills, tools and knowledge to allow each carer to achieve a healthy balance between caring and creating a positive future for themselves. We aim to be the right help, in the right place, at the right time.
Telford & Wrekin All Age Carers Centre Service has been commissioned by Telford & Wrekin Council as a project through Telford & Wrekin CVS for many years, to provide support for family and friend carers of all ages in the borough.

to encourage independence giving carers life choices alongside their caring role: social, learning, employment, volunteering.

to make sure their voices are heard and they are recognised as expert partners in care
