About Us

Telford & Wrekin Carers Service has been commissioned by Telford & Wrekin Council as a project through Telford & Wrekin CVS for many years, to provide support for family and friend carers of all ages in the borough.

The aim of the Carers Service is to provide the skills, tools and knowledge to allow each carer to achieve a healthy balance between caring and creating a positive future for themselves. We aim to be the right help, in the right place, at the right time.

support carers to look after their own health and wellbeing

encourage independence giving carers life choices alongside their caring role: social, learning, employment, volunteering.
