Overview

Adult Carers

Are you over 18 and providing unpaid support to someone who is ill, disabled, frail, or living with mental health or substance misuse challenges? Our doors and phones are open to support you.Ā Ā

You might be helping with:

  • Physical care – lifting, moving or helping someone get around

  • Emotional support – listening, comforting or calming

  • Medical support – managing or giving medication

  • Personal care – washing, bathing or toileting

  • Household tasks – cooking, cleaning, shopping or laundry

If so, you are an adult family carer - and we’re here to support you.
