Telford Carers Centre is a non-emergency service. We aim to respond to your query as soon as we can. Please note this may not be on the day you leave us a message. All calls and emails will be responded to in due course depending on the workload at any given point in time.

If you feel that you require immediate support with your mental health you can contact the ACCESS team on

0808 196 4501 or by contacting your GP who will refer you in to the relevant mental health service. You can also contact Adult Social Care by telephone on 01952 385385 and select option 3.
